why is there so much conflict between Jew's and Muslims?

what would be needed for these as well as christians , to put away their differences, lifes too short.

The conflict started when Abraham didn't trust in God's plan. God told him that his wife Sarah would bear a son but he decided to have a baby in his own time, not God's time. Sarah had Abraham sleep with Hagar, their Egyptian maid-servant. She bore a son Ishmael, who became the father of the Ishmaelites. (Muslims) However, this was not the son God had promised Abraham. Sarah bore a son, Isaac at the age of 99 years old. Isaac was an ancestor of a long line of Jews.

So, the conflict started between Ishmael and Isaac.

It's not just Jew's vs Muslims', it's Christian and Muslim sects vs other sect of the same group (you don't read much about Jewish sects killing off members of another Jewish sect). If it's not religion it would be over something else - race, ethnic origin etc. Look at some of the questions and answers givin in Yahoo Answers. If some of us had are way a war against Muslim, Jews, Christians, Blacks, Asians, Whites, Hispanics blah blah blah would be a good thing.

It started when Britain agreed to carve-up Palestine and create a new Jewish settlement during World War 1.

The Zionist movement cut a deal with Britain and promissed to drag America into World War 1 if the UK helped create a new Israel. The Jewish community owned much of the news print media in America and wrote propaganda stories to get America to send its boys to help the UK against Germany.

So Britain illegally created Israel

Then Israel started the six day war in the 60's (an international war crime) and stole more Palestinian land.

Since then, Israel have been killing Palestinian women and children on a daily basis. They have almost 100 UN security resolutions against them, but America protects them from sanctions.

America doesn't have a free neutral media, so they can't give a view based on fact.

arabs are generally thought to have descended from Ishmael, and the jews descend from Isacc.

Ishmael was the first son born to abraham, but with his wife's handmaiden(slave) as she was thought to be barren, and he needed to have an heir.

The conflict goes all the way back to Isaac and Ishmeal. Both sons of Abraham. I hope and pray we can have peace btw us someday. I don't know what it will take to bring peace about...only prayer, kindness and both parties walking in LOVE towards one anther.
