If you live in the United States and you were not born here
and you commit a FELONY,I think you should be deported to your birth country....regardless as to where it is... Asia, Netherlands, P.R. ect. I think our prisons would be less crowded and it would send a message. On the same hand I think if Americans commit a felony then there
sentances should be harsher. anyone agree?

I agree with you 100% People come here with good intentions, but you have a large amount of asian gangs, russian gangs, gangs from africa, and gang members from mexico. We do not need these "people" clogging up are crowded prisons. They are criminals and all the sudden they become a burden of the state. Let them be a burden on the country where they came from. We have plenty of American criminals we don't need any from someplace else.

Felonies are felonies. Deport them after they are punished. why would you want to give them a prize buy sending them back to a place they can live on their own and come back here to kill again or commit another felony. Crime is crime no matter who you are, you need to pay. Belly up your tax dollars for more prisons, its not getting any better and it will get worse if we just sweep the problem under the rug as so many people would rather do. Out of site out of mind until the gun gets stuck in your face or your relatvies face again.

First off Puerto Rico is a part of the US they are not here illegally. And if the have commited this so called felony and we first lock them in our prison they would be MORE crowded. I completly disagree I think they should make a easier way for illegals to get citizenship and quit complaining

And how could be assured that when they were sent back to their country's that they couldn't just re
enter the US when ever they wanted to .And if they were sent back to their own country's to serve their terms then again all it takes is money to get you out of jail in a lot of country's. I agree that after they served their time in prison here that they should be deported..If someone murdered a relative of mine Id want to be sure he /she was punished here .Oh yes I think criminals have far too many rights .

what is P.R? Porto Rico, if so p.r is a commonwealth of the united states. they are here legally. if anyone commits a crime here they should go to jail, if they are illegal then send them back after they get out of jail. i sure wouldn't want a crazed criminals or drug dealers running the streets after being deported, and they work their way back here.

i agreed, but let me tell you that the judgement at the court is not making the judgement by emotions, there is a process that is because there are courts and actually i invite you to check the immigration laws because the things are not so easy like you think, there are rough imm.laws.
