2. how do you change the welcome note that sayes ( welcome X) to something you want.( i mean when you are on that screen which has the name of profiles and the profiles image next to it and when you click on your profile, it says "wlcome X"
3. how do you make a music to be played in the background?( I mean inested of the windoes defult music, the music which is played when you click on your profile, it's played with the welcome note
4. IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE TO DO SO

1. Go into control panel. Click "User Accounts" - Then click "Change my picture" Select the picture you want. You will notice the change when you log in next.

2. The word "welcome" on this screen is embedded into the picture, which in turn is probably in a .dll file. Changing this without a 3rd party program would be difficult, but probably possible. Ask around.

***All of the above directions were for Windows XP, as I gather that is you operating system.
3. The change any sounds you computer makes, especially the logon noise, go into Control Panel. Click "Sounds,Speech, and Audio Devices". Click "Change the Sound Scheme". Down the bottom there should be a scrollbar in a box with Asterisk, Close Program, Critical battery Alarm etc. to the left. Scroll Down until you see "Windows Logon". Click on it once and a previously dimmed box below will light up. Using the arrow to the right of that box, pick a sound from the selection OR Click browse and find the file you want. Click the play button to test. You will notice the change next tim you log in.

4. It should be possible to do all of these things, however No.2 is going to be a lot harder than the others.

Hello,
question number 4 first. Though I don't know in details how we can do those customizations, I think it's possible.
You want to change the background on your user login selection, right? AFAIK, there's a program called "StyleXP". I never used it, though. But I saw it once installed on my friend's PC. Maybe you can try it out.
For number 3, pardon me if I'm wrong. But from your description, I think you want to change the Windows startup sound. You can select your startup sound via:
start menu --> control panel --> sounds and audio devices.
Then, in the "sounds and audio devices properties", select "Sounds" tab. There's a program event box, locate the item "start windows", select it and then browse for your favourite music or sound.
By the way, as far as I know, we can only use sounds in WAV format. If you have collections in mp3 or wma, you should convert them first to WAV using converter programs (mp32wav). I suggest you use sound not longer than 10-15 seconds.
That's all. Pardon me if this is not the answer you wanted.
Best regards,

Heihadji

YES.

It's all possible except for the initial music since no drivers are yet loaded.
