check with your mom but chamomile tea is not medication and will definitely help...another thing that you can try is to excersize before going to bed..this helps me stay asleep and helps me eat more in the morning when it is most helpful....also, honey is an excellent sleep aid for children...being 13 it may not do as much for you since you are getting older but it could help to take a teaspoon of honey before sleeping....

It's not medication. It's an herbal supplement called Valerian Root. You can get it at any health food store. Take it about eight o'clock at night and you should start getting tired by nine. You shouldn't wake up. If you do, maybe you should see a doctor about it. Make sure you can't look at a clock. Sometimes waking up and constantly looking at a clock to see how long you have been up and how long it will be until you have to get up again is the worst thing for you. Put on a cd of thunderstorms or something relaxing so when you wake up, you aren't worried about going back to sleep and what time it is.

Try microwaving some milk for about a minute thirty and put a teaspoon of sugar in it and add some vanilla if you want. This will relax you. If you lay awake for more than 30 minutes you need to get up and do something until you feel tired. This should help regulate your sleep cycle. If you dont like the milk, try green tea. Good Luck!

Try to establish a regular sleep routine, it:get up and go to bed at approx the same time. You could also try eliminating caffeine from your diet and drinking chamomile tea and taking melatonin.

Mastrubate and you'll fall right asleep. It releases natural sustances in your brain and "lights out". And if you fall asleep at a decent hour you won't be so tired in the morning.
