Yes. But it doesn't work whenever I want it to. It tends to happen when I least expect it.

I sometimes have visions or dreams of the future.

Usually involving my family but one time it was an old family friend I hadn't spoken to in many years being murdered. She'd gone missing. The day after the announcement on the news, I was at work (I worked in a public library at the time). I was just about to put a book on a shelf and I suddenly had a flash of a blond haired woman with her arms up defending herself in the moonlight in the middle of a field against an attacker.

I knew that I knew her somehow but I didn't know who was hurting her though there was a familiarity about him even though I couldn't see his face.

But its so hard to know whether its real or imagination so I dismissed it. But I know it must have been a while that I was standing there because when I came out of it, my arm hurt from holding the book in the air for so long.

Turns out that a boy I'd gone to high school with (I barely knew him but I did know him) had kidnapped her four days before in the middle of the night from the store she worked at, raped her, then killed her and left her body in a field outside the city.

Its the only time that ever happened with anyone other than family and close personal friends. But the stories I could tell you about the dreams of my family would make you go white.

I almost always know immediately before something really bad (usually they die) happens to a loved one because I have a dream or a vision of it. Usually a dream because it almost always happens late at night.

I also see and sense spirits.

I'm jealous! I wish I had some understanding of what was going on in my head when I was younger and I wish it had been so easy. Sounds like you got some good answers on here already. I'll just add to the fact that it is a gift from God and you are not crazy. Keep it up and learn how to use it. I tried to tune it all out and now that I'm older and interested I have to try and get back what I pushed away. I know meditation and visualization helps a lot. Some stones might help you focus or protect you from unwanted stuff. Good luck!

It's nothing major but I can look at photos and tell you cool things about the person. For example I went to an inmates pen pals website with pictures. My friend covered up the part that told the crime and I looked at the person and named every crime correctly except one. This involved about 50 different people on the site. I don't have to know the people.

I can also read people's insecurities.

Is it psychic??? I seriously doubt it. I believe I can perceive things that most people don't or can't. But I don't think it is a "psychic" power. I think it is just a type of intelligence.

I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

No one has psychic abilities. If they did, they could win a million dollars for a half-hours' work here, and everyone would believe them (www.randi.org). Why don't they? Because they're just making it up, that's why.

Yes I have sometimes. for example I knew one time that My ticket was going to be drawn in a draw and it was.. You get a very strong feelling about something telling you that something is going to happen and it does.. Does'nt happen every day but on occasion.. Ive had loads of experiences of this through out my life . My Mother had the same so I take after her. Dont mind all those narrow minded people with their negative comments, They more lilkely have sad lives with dead end jobs..

Yes. But real psychics dont need to use it as a gimmick to earn money or to impress others.

Have you heard of anyone who can win the lottery every week? Seriously? How about finding missing people or criminals preventing plane crashes? No? Me neither.
