The court system does everything that it can to get parents back with their children. Especially if the parent is becoming more responsible and is creating a stable home for the child to come back to. Be thankful that your child was able to live with a family member and not pushed into the foster care system.
You have to do everything that you can to get custody of your son back. To some degree your Aunt holds all the cards. You need to prove to her and to everyone else that you can be a responsible mother, plus it sounds to me like you are a single mother. In the future you are going to need your Aunts assistance in many ways, so don't burn that bridge. Try to let go of all of the drama that you have in your life. Focus on getting your son back and being a good mother. If your Aunt really is that horrible then try to be the adult. Don't let her get in the way of your relationship with your son. Again I say, Do everything you can to get your son back.

If your aunt has custody of your child, I'm guessing that is because in someone's opinion you were not fit enough to have custody yourself. Try getting your act together. Maybe you should also try to think about what's best for the kid. You lost custody of your kid and are going to ocurt in a few days...that doesn't speak too highly of your skills as a mother.

You must also realize that most people NEVER see the inside of a courtroom. Ever. In their entire lives. The fact that you do (frequently apparently) means you are probably on the "other" side of the law.

Try getting custody of your son. That should solve most of those problems with your aunt.

It sounds like she is just trying to get you to grow up. You need to get help for your anger problems unless you want to lose your son for good. Don't blame others for the problems that you created. If you want to get your son back get yourself into some anger managment classes and get a decent job.

Well she was obviously granted guardianship of him for a reason and if you can't get yourself together then she will most likely be able to have all of your visitation rights terminated. Maybe you need to worry about yourself before you mess things up worse.

First it is not about you its about your kid. If you do not realize that, then you are not ready to have custody of you kid. It may have been hard to have a kid, but its much harder to raise one.
