my friend was supposed to get fingerprints done for his charges against him. he is late with gettting them done. he is on bail. will they arrest him because of it?

they never put him in jail. he is being charged with recieving stolen property and theft.

~If it was court ordered by a certain time and he didn't comply, they will probably issue a warrant for his arrest. Call the Courthouse to find out what to do.~

If he was arrested he would have been fingerprinted right then and there before making bond. I've never heard of a system that takes your prints after you've been released on bond. I think you may be confused here.

They should have printed him before he left the jailhouse. They might take him back into custody and they might not depending on the charges but it's better that then try to hide. Tell him to go immediately!

why didn't the police officer who was booking him when he got arrested the first time take his fingerprints? they should do that as soon as he gets to the jail. i don't think he will get arrested.

I believe that should have happen first. If they did not do it, they just might tell him to go right than and there. To make sure tell your friend to call his bond office. They will tell him what to do.
