your weight and height are perfect! why change?! :(
not sure why you want to lose weight but it's easy: stop eating, drink water, and exercise like crazy! should take a couple weeks.

Wow, I believe you probably look great as you are right now! I'm shorter than you and weigh the same as you. There is no secret and fast method though to losing weight...not a healthy one at least. If you prefer to stay at your natural weight by eating right on a daily basis, then I would definitely recommend reading the books by Don Colbert, MD. Some of his books are entitled: Walking in Divine Health, and What Would Jesus Eat. Regular exercise 3-4 time/wk at least will help too. Anyone that says you need to lose weight is not a good friend or not worth the relationship.

Umm how fast? This isn't healthy, but I've done it for photo shoots & a bikini runway show - take diuretics. Only for a day, they only work for a limited amt. of time then you'll start retaining MORE water than normal. Don't eat any salt the day of, and drink plenty of water! If you pass out it won't matter how skinny or fat you are. But these won't make you lose 15 lbs., you'll just look a little leaner all over.
For 15 lbs., change your diet and get AT LEAST 30-45 min. intense cardio per day. Jogging or stairmasters are good. Lift weights for 30 min. 3x/week, cut out all sugar and white flour, and eat only half of anything on your plate. Skip dessert unless it's fruit. Absolutely no fried food or fast food. Don't think just b/c you're exercising like a freak means you can eat more (but you WILL be hungry) and it will start to MELT off. And if you don't care about being esp. healthy about it, order some ephedra diet pills on the internet. **If you do this please be VERY careful about using them, only for a month at a time and follow dosing on bottle!!**

A healthy way to lose weight would be to eat only fruit and veggies(nothing extra added) all day. Maybe a small serving of meat for dinner and you may want to eliminate the carbs.Exercise at least an hour or more each day. Strength training and cardio. Also, drink plenty of water. The weight will drop quickly without starvation. However, when you reah your goal weight, start watching your calorie intake to maintain the weight. I find it impossible to eat fruit and veggies ALL the time.

Jogging seems to work best for quick weight loss. Jog first thing in the morning before eating. Your body will have to use it's stored energy for the endeavor, so you'll burn more calories. Also, eat something lean and full of protein after-wards. You can snack throughout the day, but choose healthy low calorie high fiber snacks, apples are great since they metabolize slowly and keep you full longer. Avoid white breads and white rice and minimize you portions of dense carbs, but don't eliminate them . Eating plenty of vegetables is great, because they are low in calories, extremely nutritious, high in fiber and keep you full. Try eating fish more and meat less. Also, mix up your exercise routine. Jog one day, hike the next. You probably will not get down to 105. I don't know your body type, but that seems like an unhealthy weight, but you should slim down and look fantastic.

I was bone thin at 120- I looked ill- so- if you have teeny tiny bones - it might be ok-if you are anorexic- get help -do it healthy -have a healty diet w vegetables, fruit and lean meat- a variety and not battered or deep fried- speed lose is not good- and usually comes back fast-if you went to weight watchers- they would say you don't need to lose wt- so consider that-D

Close you mouth! What you do not put in will not show up on your bones! We all learned what we should eat, so you do not need so called fast diets.
Fresh dark green vegetables, fresh fruit, 8 glasses of water per day, red meat, fish and foul!
Three meals a day, no snacks, cokes, candies, etc, etc, etc!
Nothing new here, we all learned this!
Too, it is not only your diet, it is your life style. Change it, but you won't, you'll just make up excuses!
Try martial arts, ballet, tennis, swimming, daily walking for 30 minutes!

If you want to lose weight fast, then cut out dinner. It's not the healthiest option, but instead of dinner being a big meal, just eat fruit and drink alot of water. I lose 3kg a week doing this.

Avoid lots of sugar, salt and foods with high starch...Also workout at least 4 times a week, 45 minutes minimum, drink 8 glasses of water daily. Have fun and Good luck.

drink liquid chorophyll u mix a few spoon fulls in 8 oz of water drink 3 times a day, its refreshing it makes the water dark green but it tastes like refreshing minty water, and eat only raw vegetables and non tropical fruit during the day eat only one meal (dinner) cooked, eat as much raw food as u want when ur hungry during the day, and even late at night if u want. no bananas mango papaya and grapes have a lot of sugar too i did this after both my pregnancies and lost the weight quickly

not eating will actually make you gain weight, your body goes into survival mode and stores all ur body fat. so thats out. the fastest way to lose weight is to eat nothing but bananas and water. make sure u take vitamins to, exspecially iron and protein or else you`l become anemic and faint.
