You really should say "some Christians." It'll keep your perspective better.

And the answer?

They believe in miracles.

You don't know to make the difference between evolution and creation.
Creation, as explained in the Bible, means that Almighty God designed and brought into existence the universe, including other spirit persons and all the basic kinds of life upon the earth.
Organic evolution is the theory that the first living organism developed from lifeless matter. Then, as it reproduced, it is said, it changed into different kinds of living things, ultimately producing all forms of plant and animal life that have ever existed on this earth. All of this is said to have been accomplished without the supernatural intervention of a Creator. Some persons endeavor to blend belief in God with evolution, saying that God created by means of evolution, that he brought into existence the first primitive life forms and that then higher life forms, including man, were produced by means of evolution. Not a Bible teaching.
If you found a precision timepiece, would you conclude that it was formed by a chance blowing together of some dust particles? Obviously, someone with intelligence made it. There is an even more magnificent “clock.” The planets in our solar system, also the stars in the entire universe, move at a rate that is more precise than most clocks designed and manufactured by man. The galaxy in which our solar system is located includes over 100 billion stars, and astronomers estimate that there are 100 billion of such galaxies in the universe. If a clock is evidence of intelligent design, how much more so is the far more vast and complicated universe! The Bible describes the Designer of it as “the true God, Jehovah, . . . the Creator of the heavens and the Grand One stretching them out.”—Isa. 42:5; 40:26; Ps. 19:1.

Evolution believes that the earth was formed when space filled with (no gravity) suddenly got a burst of gravity and sucked all this stuff together into an accidental explosion making precise, and complex organisims, capable of making precise and complex machinery. An accident never makes anything precise or complex. Evolution is a joke. Believing in accidental evolution is like saying the dictionary is the result of an explostion at a book factory.

These Christians do not base their arguments on reason or logic. Even their desperate claims against evolution are completely fallacious.

If they make a claim, it must be true because it is in the bible, therefore true.
If you make a claim that in any way seems too complex for them to comprehend outside of their god's magic, then you are wrong.

They come up with these silly comparisons to try to explain the impossibilities of evolution... like the one where they state the improbability of repairing a broken wristwatch by shaking it in a bag. Nevermind the improbability of the survival of animals from all over the planet (some hybernating) all coming to one location to ride on a boat too small to fit them, not supplied with enough manpower to care for them, and not physically capable of providing the necessary climate conditions for each of them. And that's just on the boat. How about the many sea creatures, some of which require fresh water, others needing salt water? Where's the discussion for the probability of survival for these animals in this global flood theory?

Christians only attempt to use logic and reasoning when they are trying to disprove something they already disagree with before receiving or considering the facts. An argument of complexity is not an acceptable form of reason, though they do try. It is simply a logical fallacy, one of many spewing from the mouths of theists.

Last time I checked, evolutionists didn't think humans came from an ancient line of ape ribs. Your argument isnt quite logical; nobody thinks anything evolves from dirt. Christians believe Adam was CREATED from dirt, noting the all upper-case word in there.

It's still beyond my comprehension that they can call evolution absurd and believe in the creation STORY... I mean if you don't believe in evolution that's one thing, but if you call evolution absurd and you believe in an even more absurd ancient story with no proof at all then you should exmine your beliefs a little.

If you go with the most easily observable and conveivable answer I would agree with the dirt thing. When ever you see dead people they decompose to dust, basically. That's what you would see without microscopes and an understanding of biology. Just as it is easy to believe the world is flat if you just look from where you live without an understanding of geography. A llittle education fixes that though.

Intelligent Design makes much more sense of things like beauty and selfless love than does evolution.

It's only a noisy few, but they are trained not to think. Instead, the recite (or cut and paste). It's easy for them to go for a simple, short story, than investigate the facts.

well i guess they like to look at the bible as proof and believe everything that's told to them just like atheists like to use science for their beliefs me i am an agnostic so i look at everybody's arguments and i can see some arguments from everybody's side regardless if their atheist or whatever religion they are
