kind of like a thumb war with your tounges lol sounds weird I know but think about it
oh and a little hint DONT chew gum, it activates salivary glands and when you kiss is just NASTY! mints work MUCH better!

It's really easy and if you're not a natural (which most people are) then practice makes perfect.
For one thing, all you do is follow up a normal lip kiss with the tongue and just touch theirs for starters and after that as you get more into it just move faster, with some darting and licking (licking before darting). If you don't enjoy it or figure it out then you have to be some kind of alien. Also lick their lips, it's soooo awesome if you can manage to do this without separating.

start with your mouth a little bit open and then slip your tongue into the other persons mouth... then its basically a exploring all the way. its gonna feel really weird at first...
