Crate train your dog....

Get a crate(cage travel kennel ect.) and lock her in for the night... Now this sounds cruel but my dog loves her crate. Crate training helps keep your dog from getting into trouble and is an aid in housebreaking.

To aid in training I feed my dog in her crate and give her treats when shes in side. After awhile you won't have to lock the door, your dog will love having a quiet spot all her own.

You didn't mention where your dog ends up sleeping if not in the dog bed??!? you could try moving the dog bed to the place your dog prefers...

but best bet and always remember consistency don't let your dog sleep in your bed if that's what you're trying to avoid.

Put a body harness on your dog and a leash and walk your dog over to the doggie bed have them sit in it if it'll take the command give em a treat and tie the leash to a steady object near the bed... the dog can than chose to sleep on the floor or on the bed.

If it whines or does something undesired besides the sleep in bed or sleep on floor, have a water bottle ready to squirt ytour dog in the face for the inappriopriate behavior.

Ignore her and she will eventually give up. No matter what she does just ignore her and she will get tired. Than the next day when she's still on her her bed give her some treats. Do the same until she gets the point.

I have given up on doggy beds years ago. Waste of money. They would either climb up on the bed with me or sleep right by the bed. She is comfortable on her bed during the day? Try putting the bed right next to your bed -- then you can sloooowly move it further and further away.

put something that smells like you in her bed, such as an old pair of underwear or a T-shirt.

P.S. for fun, you can stuff the shirt, sew up the openings, and that can be her bed! :D

Good question--I stood my ground at first, but by the third night, he was in my bed, and he's been there ever since!

you could have her sleep in a dog crate (with the door closed) until she learns that's where she is supposed to sleep.
