No she wont get back too easy. Why would she want to go back anyway. The American immigration people are bad mannered and very hostile. Im from Ireland and I would'nt even go on holidays to America at the moment. Its not worth it.. Heard too many horror stories on the radio about the treatment of people in immirgration.. She should'nt be going if she going Illegal anyway.. I dont agree with that, There is laws and they should be obeyed.. I love America but not their policies

I dont know how this is possible. I am British but have lived in the U.S.A. for almost thirty years. I am a legal resident of the U.S.A. and carry a green card. All I can tell you is that every time I travel and come back to the U.S.A immigration services check all my papers. They are also very intimidating. There is no way you can pass through a U.S.A. airport without going through immigration if you don't have a U.S.A. passport.

Unless she rows herself across the Atlantic Ocean in a boat and and comes on land at some very remote beach somewhere, I don't think you have much to worry about.

It depends. My parents are from China, a poor country. They had a hard time getting through. The people from poor countries come through are only allowed if they have special business or like a business trip. My dad came here for a doctor's degree in math and science. If you were from richer countries, you'd probably get in easier.
Also, you need a real passport to get in the U.S.

after you leave the country and you were here illegally your out for at least 10 years. The best way is to apply for a visa in her country before she comes to the US .But in her situation i dont think that she will be able to get the visa....she made a mistake going back...she needed to talk to a emigration lawyer first...good luck to her anyway...

Depends if she was deported or went back on her own.
If she was deported, they may not let her back. But if she went back on her own she should be ok.
