He left his email open and I saw an email to someone he is not supposed to be emailing, if you know what I mean. It looks like she has been ignoring his emails, but the fact he is doing is the end of our relationship. How should I confront him. I printed the email and have the copy.

Well if it is the end of the relationship then why the confrontation? Just tell him what you found and that its over.

If the relationship is over then no confrontation is necessary.
However... learn something from this incident.
Email is PRIVATE. Sure he left his email open but no one helpa gun to your head and made you read it. That is VERY wrong regardless of what was in his email. You would never tolerate someone invading your privacy in such a way and you were wrong to invade his.
By reading his email you display dishonesty and mistrust on your part. If you didn't trust him then you shouldn't have been seeing him anyway.
And it is not your place to tell him he's not allowed to email someone. Being in a relationship does not mean that you give up your freedom.
My partner and I have separate computers and I would NEVER look into his email. I currently chat and email with 2 of my ex's and my current partner is fine with it. We TRUST each other.
It's best that your relationship is over, there was no trust in it and without trust it never stood a chance.

It all depends. If you don't want a confrontation, just tell him that you want to start seeing other men. If he accepts that, then you've avoided a lot of bitter quarreling. If not, show him what you
know, and tell him it's over.
