eye contact is a dead give away. and if he turns when you look it shows he is shy. he would have no reason to be shy unless he likes you. just ask him and be upfront if he says no move on

he is probably just nervous, i do that sometimes for a girl that i like, i'll just look at her (kinda weird) and she'll look at me, i'll look away, and then drift back, he might like you, or have a staring habit, but the former is probably true, he likes you

ok he definately likes you and and if he tries to get your attention by anyway or tries to get you to laugh or just talks to you for some reason. he likes you.
