A Guy asks the girl that he had feelings for a while out, she has an open mind about it, but later tells him "she jus wants to be friends at the moment". The following days n weeks he notices her starin at him for a certain period of time and she becomes very quiet around him. Could this mean sumthin or wut??

It could mean something, but then again, maybe she's trying to figure out exactly what that "something" is... Could that maybe be the reason she broke it off in the first place?

It could. You might want to see if she would go out with you just as friends and see what happens. Is she like this around anyone else you also might want to consider. I would be very sweet and very nice and very, very sympathetic towards her. Make sure you are a gentleman and make sure you are always available, whether it's lending an ear or helping her out with something. Just take your time and be patient.

It sounds to me like she's seriously considering your proposal again. I'd ask her out or hang real close and be extra nice and thoughtful. Be the best male friend you know how.

Yes, it actually can, she may still have feeling but, is not comfortable with letting everyone know.
