ok, not to be rude, but.. I am a cosmetologist, and the answer is. Every race and persons hair follicle is shaped different. White people who have, or any race of people who have straight hair, the follicle is round so it grows straight. Curly hair, the follice is oval, so it causes it not to grow perfectly round and straight. And most black people the hair is very, very curly, or nappy unless you do something with it. This is because the follicle is almost flat, this is also how pubic and under arm hair etc. grow. It causes the hair when it grows to twist around and around. Just like most pubic hair. It is just their heiritage. and there are alot of black people who's hair looks very good if well taken care of.

Because they're different people. I don't have the same hair as my husband, or my siblings, or parents, etc. We're all of the same race, but because we're different people, we have different hair.
