Listen, If he used you and took advantage of you in any way, you have the right to accuse him of Rape or stagitory rape. If he is 18 and in the army, getting kicked out of the army is the least of his problems if he is convicted of Stagitory rape. First what would happen he would either get turn over to the civilian sector and get tried that way or the military would handle the trial and he would be sent to Fort Levenworth and after his sentence be kicked out of the military, or he could be punished but both civial court system or the Military UMCJ.

Ok honestly you sound very upset and angry. Did this just happen? If it did I think you need to take some time to cool down and think rationally at the situation. Do you really want to ruin this guys life. Because you very well could do that but if you really feel you have been raped then maybe you should. Just remember that rape is not something to be taken lightly. Real rape victims get questioned like they are lying all the time and it because a lot of girls cry wolf when they get into situations that are embarrassing. So just take some time and think there are other ways to hurt a guy ok.

No, since he wasn't technically in the Army at the time it happened. It was before bootcamp. Also, did you consent? I'm sorry that he used you, that sucks, but if you consented and you are older than the age of consent for your state, he won't get into trouble.
You sound pretty angry about this. I'm sorry he used you, but ruining his life won't make yours better. I'm sure you feel betrayed and hurt by this, and you have every right to feel the way you do. I notice you said 'ex-boyfriend.' That means he is no longer a part of your life. Good. You can now move on, heal yourself, and go on to live the wonderful life that is in store for you. You're gonna have to give up the bitterness first though.
Good luck.

well that is a great way to start a relationship. He is 18, and you are how old? If you are under 18 then it could very well be statutory rape. In some states the age is 16. You didn't mention your age or state. As far as your boyfriend being killed out of the service... yes.. it could very well be... Dishonorable discharge. Or he could end up in military prison.

It makes no difference if it was before he went to basic or after. If he is convicted of statutory rape he is a rapist and could very likely be discharged for such. He would definately not be re-enlisting if found guilty. The military could also add fraudulent enlistment assuming this happened before his first day as a soldier. He has to certify at the MEPS that he has told them of all his illegal activities; of course he could always claim ignorance since you claim statutory only.
Why do you care if he could be kicked out? If your only care because you can or cannot get him kicked out then you don't care about sex with him you care only about vengence.
Do whatever you feel is right, but do it for the right reasons.

According to your posts, you've been with your boyfriend for a year now, I'm assuming you weren't pregnant like you thought.
So why are you going to try and ruin this army guy's career by bringing up something that is so far in the past (unless you cheated on your boyfriend? and are trying to make it out to be rape...
Which is it? You're much too young to be getting into the whips and blindfolds and asking how else to have sex....

I think it would be pretty hard for you to prove. Since you didnt report it at the time there is no evidence to prove anything. The only thing you have is your word against his and that wouldnt stand up in any court.
In this case, it sounds like your trying to get back at him. It also sounds like you didnt put up too much of a fight not to have sex with him.
Was it that he told you it was required that he wasnt a virgin or he just wanted something to brag about while he was there?
If he told you that it was required, youre pretty gullable.

Yes it was statutory rape, because you were a minor. Yes, if you press charges, your boyfriend will receive a dishonorable discharge, and will serve time in jail for a long time. The both of you done a stupid thing, and it takes two to tango. You have to ask yourself this question,do you really want to ruin this guys life with such a criminal record which will haunt him forever?

Different states have different laws. It depends on the age of consent in your state. But... you made the choice to lay down with him and regardless of what he said to get you there you CHOSE to do it. You shouldn't try to ruin his life because you used poor judgement. You should have made a better choice obviously but your mistakes are your own. All guys will do anything for sex at that age and everyone knows it. Maybe you shouldn't have been so naive.

He cannot be kicked out of the army and if he was already in the army, he would have already been through
"bootcamp'. Get a lawyer if you think that you have a case.
