I want to add pictures to myspace but my picture files are too large. I tried downloading the program they suggested but it didn't work. Does anyone know a good FREE program for shrinking file sizes. Please nothing that will give me a virus or anything nasty. Thanks!!!

The pictures are already JPEG. When I try to shrink them in paint, it does not shrink the photos but chops them. It does not resize the entire picture but resizes the file from the upper left corner. What am I doing wrong?

Why dont you try shrinking the pictures in a program such as paint and then saving them. You can then put them on myspace. This is a free and quick way and you won't get a virus. This does usually work for shrinking pictures and the quality will be the same!
