The same way you make macoronie that comes in a box.

Boil your noodles
melt the velvita cheese in the microwave
Poor the cheese over the noodles
Mix milk and butter in with the cheese and noodles
And Enjoy!

You can also buy the macoronie mix that has the velvita cheese in it. It is called Shells and Cheese.

Boil the noodles until they are done. Drain the water off them really good. Next cut up small squares of velveeta cheese on topof the noodles and add a little bit of butter. Put this in the microwave for about one minute at a time to melt the cheese. Take the bowl out and stir, then repeat the microwaving process until the cheese is melted good.

Things You'll Need
1/2 pound penne pasta
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp. minced fresh onion
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 tbsps flour
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
STEP 1: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. STEP 2: Use a Stockpot and boil the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and reserve. STEP 3: Meanwhile, melt 1/3 cup of the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the onion. Cook for two minutes. STEP 4: Add the white pepper and flour. Cook, stirring constantly, for three to four minutes. Don't let the flour brown; lower the heat if it does. STEP 5: Add the mustard and milk and bring to a simmer. STEP 6: Simmer for 10-15 minutes. The sauce will thicken. It should be very thick but not gluey. Add more milk if it thickens too much. STEP 7: Once the sauce has simmered for at least 10 minutes, add the cheddar and gruyere cheeses and half the parmesan. STEP 8: Shut off heat and stir them in. Stir the cheeses in as they melt. Return the pan to low heat if necessary. STEP 9: Working quickly, toss the pasta in the cheese sauce. Toss it well so the sauce gets inside the pasta tubes. STEP 10: Place the pasta in an 11- by 14-inch glass or ceramic baking dish. STEP 11: Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top. STEP 12: Melt the remaining butter, stir it into the breadcrumbs and sprinkle this mixture over the top of the pasta. STEP 13: Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden and toasted

You can buy the stuff from your local grocery store and just boil the water and all the cheese. Or you could make it from scratch by:

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/3 cups 1 percent milk
1/2 cup shredded Fontina
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup shredded non-fat Cheddar
3 ounces reduced-fat processed American cheese (recommended: Velveeta Light), shredded
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 sprays nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Pre-heat oven to 370 degrees F.
Combine flour and milk in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, whisking until blended. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes.

Whisk in all the cheeses and continue cooking until melted.

Remove cheese sauce from heat and stir in cooked macaroni and broccoli. Season with salt, to taste.

Lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour pasta and cheese sauce mixture into dish. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Boil the pasta, according to your package directions, and then add enough cheese to your personal liking. You might want to add a little milk and butter to make it more creamy.
