I have enough motivation to do it..I just want to know if it's better for me not to or to exercise...?? any thoughts/tips/suggestions?

Yes, but please take extra care, especially if using weights. When tired you can be more clumsy and accidents are more likely to happen. it would be much better not to exercise when you are very tired...;

It's OK, and it will not hurt you. Just be careful when adjusting safety straps (if you lift weights) or the like, so that you do not hurt yourself because of carelessness.Also be careful if you're a gymnast on a balance beam, or if you go wall-climbing, since it's easy to overlook stuff when you're tired.
If you're just doing cardio or aerobics, it's great for you, and you'll actually sleep better after working out.

yes its okay try taking a liquid b complex: it gives you energy (you can get it from http://www.gnc.com Also try and think about something that makes you mad, anger can be a great motivator, it gets the adrenaline going and before you know it your workout is over.

yes you should do it, there is no problem but if your tired wen you have to do them don't pick something hard tacked easy...and you could take some energy drink or vitamins...i don't know i never needed them

Do it, but don't get onto a treadmill, if you fall asleep, it will throw you off.

if you can do it then do it, working out gives you more energy cuz your body is healthier. so if you can then go for it!
