i want to know about the law of this

I'm hoping I have understanded your question!
Helmet is always the most important. Sod the law, it might save your life or at least prevent you from brain damage. Also I find it's our duty to give the younger kids a good impression. Many kids like to copy adults so if we wear them and think they are cool, they should catch on.
Lights are second most important for bad light and country roads. (Obviously you would have them in the dark) Lights should be used even if you're on the path - even if there is no pedestrians for miles. Might sound odd the following but let certain animals see you coming!!
And last but not least in many respects, check that your brakes are in good working order before you jump on. How can you be so sure that some idiot hasn't tampered with them? I bet you don't often see cyclists checking there brakes before hitting the open road.
Again, our children will pick up on everything we do because they usually want to be like their dad or there big brothers!
I believe that is the only thing you should need to take seriously before having great fun on one of the best inventions in the world - the bike!

if its a push bike then each bike must have a front and back reflector, a bell and lights if it is dark.
