Not true at all! All the beer is going to do is make you dog sick. It's not good for the dog to have that much yeast. Just don't give your dog beer. Get HeartGuard worm medicine.
Good luck

No. this is not true, and giving a dog beer is cruel. Alcohol is not good for pets (or people) and it will not do anything for or against worms. If your pet has worms, take it to a vet and get worm medi cne for it.

Take the dog to the Vet for a fecal exam to determine if he has worms. If he does, the Vet will prescribe actual medication to rid the dog of the worms.

No of course not! dogs won't get worms they will just look sort of weird/sick. Because I know some cruel people who were drinking and they put beer in Bailey's (dog) water and they laughed at him because he drank it.

I don't think you should give your dog beer made for people but you can get beer for dogs and I bet its good for them. Beer won't cure worms but6 I know you can put burnt motor oil on a small patch of mange and it will cure that.

No, it's not true. He may develop a beer gut, though. Use Heartgard or some other veterinarian approved worm prevention.

I actually knew someone who tried this (rather a dim bulb) and the poor dog was violently ill for several hours.

I guess that's what vets are for, you sometimes can't beat modern medicine.

Have the beer yourself and trust your vet.

Cheers!

No. That is as about as silly as the belief that putting motor oil on a dog will cure mange.

Its not true.

I seriously doubt that, but if he gets worms, he may be too drunk to care.
