what can i feed him now to absorb the onion? i cant bring him to a vet its an hour drive away and also hes not my dog and my bf isnt here. the dog isnt displaying any signs of sickness yet but i fed him burger king onion rings about 10-15 of them, not knowing they were toxic to dogs....what should i do????

Yeah, and they're toxic for cats too. So is chocolate. The best thing would be to call the vet or go there. It doesn't matter that this isn't your dog. Your boyfriend can pay once they get the dog taken care of.
Oh, and for the woman who's dog loves them. Think of it this way. Little kids like medication and alcohol and stuff when it is very bad for them because of the taste. It tastes good.

I didn't know onions were toxic, my dog loves them. Call a vet, that's the fastest and cheapest way to do that.
