No, that's a good question. Hopefully he got it. There are a multitude of gods out there and if they were real, school would be a good place for them.
I know it's not politically correct and don't care as I try never to wear that label, but my God is real. And He never left the schools. Anywhere you find His followers, He is there. I'm glad that prayer and Bible teaching is not forced on the schools because there are far too many knuckleheads misrepresenting Him as it is. God is in the schools and so is prayer and no law in any land will ever change that.

Yup, i imagine they ought to positioned each and each and every of the Gods decrease back in college, the Christian God, Allah, Buddha, and all some thing of them too. heavily, on the first day of sophistication, each and each and every of the little toddlers ought to benefit about how a lot evidence there is for each God. coach them about atheist-ism and agnosticism besides. i imagine this is a good component to tutor toddlers the their isn't any evidence of any Gods, that there are a kind of Gods to ensure from, and that not believing in any God isn't a sin that must be shown. i imagine that is a good theory because it ought to help toddlers to stop being brainwashed with techniques from one faith, that is a negative element. enable's make the toddlers sensible, not fanatical.

I'm a Christian and the reason i think religion should not be in school is simply because we are not all the same religion. Face it Christians cant even agree on their religion all it would do was cause conflict and confusion and school is hard enough. We have church and are own homes that should be good enough. So yes in your own Way you were right lol.

Why does everyone assume it is a Christian religion with the mere mention of god. We live in a multi religious socielty. What would happen if your neighbour worshipped a tree as his god. Would the other religious people condemn it? Of course they would. This proves that we live in a socielty full of hypocrites.

LMAO.

actually God has no part in society today. school is there for the sole purpose of getting our children ready to become a useful member of society, by giving them job skills, social skills and what not. how many skills do you learn due to the bible that ready u for society? do you think bible class will get u a job?

actually quite the opposite, i went to a christian school from k-11th, u know what i get to put on my resume? "i took bible class every year, i took pe, and i took choir as my alternative classes"

yes very job related skills arent they. so guess where i work...

at a christian daycare.

Well, this may get you labeled as "my smart-a** neighbor", but that's one of those things that you just don't bring up unless you really really know somebody. That's like just walking up to somebody and saying "I don't believe the Holocaust happened". It is such a touchy subject, and I'm definitely not one of those non-confrontational type people, but people really need to learn to keep their damn opinions to themselves.
I think your response was hilarious, and if I had been there I would have laughed heartily!

There is nothing wrong with it.
As long as he has the freedom of speech to state his opinions, you have YOUR freedom of speech to do the same. Even if it is something people don't like.

The fact that you disagree with his opinion is not worng. You are entitled to your own view on things. However, the way you express your opinion should be a little more considerate. I can see where your comment could pass as a little smarta$$ish, and offensive to his religion. Just try to be more considerate of the opinion of others.

lol no, that's funny though. If he gets mad at you tell him that there is a reason why this country has the SEPERATION of STATE and CHURCH. In the Bible it does say to respect your local government. So haha!
