Is the Listerine that changes your teeth blue so you can see the plaque good for your teeth? OR is the cloring damaging?

I've not seen that, but it should be good. Use the listerene before you brush to make sure you remove all traces of plaque and debris. The colouring won't do you any harm. The aim of the product is to help you learn where you are missing with your toothbrush. Alternatively, Oral B make very good disclosing tablets. Put Vaseline liberally on your lips and a little bit around your mouth first, and then give one a good crunching, spit out the excess (be careful if you're spitting into an enamel bathroom sink!!!) and grin at yourself in the mirror. You can get them from Boots.
