I recorded vinyl LPs to my hard drive. How do I create and name individual tracks in my PC Music Library?

Open the files in Windows Media Center....right-click (from the middle pane) & choose 'Advanced Tag Editor" ...
...all options to rename & assign track #'s will be there.
