I used AKO and found 2 guys one named Arthur Hughes and one named Art Hughes. Once is a DOD Civilian and the other is a Master Sergeant. Where does he live/where is he stationed? I'll give you the email address and phone number if you answer me. One works for the lincoln challenge academy, and has steven as a middle name. Go back and edit your question and add more info so i can give you the info.

Your best bet would be to contact his family. It is a TOS (and OpSec) violation to give out contact information information on any soldier without their consent.
