No, officially there's no official age to convert to judaism, but the process is longer than other religions because judaism doesn't seek converts, you have to show an interest in it yourself.
it takes a few years of study and learning what the religion is all about first. most rabbis won't do though it until you're legally an adult so that you can be more mature to consider it. changing religions is a big decision.
P.S. My birthday's december 15th, just like yours. cool, huh?

Oh my GOsh! People, if you don't know an answer, why answer the question!
According to Jewish law, a boy is an adult at 13 and a girl partially adult at 12 and becomes fully adult at 12.5. At those ages they are capable of making choices like whether they want to convert to Judaism.
The official Jewish law answer is at 12.5 or 13 for girls and boys respectively it is possible under Jewish religious law to convert. Before then, one can be converted along with a parent, but upon reaching those ages, one has to accept the commandments again, or the previous conversion is retroactively cancelled.
Now, in the modern world, nobody is going to convert someone who is less than 18 or 21, depending on when they are considered fully adult in their state, without the parents also converting. This is because of possible legal problems, as well as the problem of how a child accepts on themselves commandments like kosher food or modest garments if their parents are practicing another religion.

unless you are converting with your parents, virtually every synagogue will make you wait until you are 18, and only then as long as you are out of your parents house as well.
