Here's some more info, I am the last living of her relatives, and friends/associates. No idea who the lawyer could be. I was left money that I was not allowed to receive until I reached the age of 25, and guess who just had a birthday.

If you want to be sure of where she died can you try the social security death index that will list her date of death and where it occured. From there you can contact the local courts for the county she died in and then be able to pull that probate information. Good luck!

If you know the lawyer that prepared the Will call them and ask for a copy. If you don't know the name of the lawyer contact your county recorder's office and see if the Will was recorded. There will be a small fee to get a certified copy but they can get it for you. Provided somebody recorded it (which they are supposed to).

First run a search for a death certificate in the state she lived in, if she died there then search for the probate court in her state. They should have copy, but may ask for proof of relationship.
Good luck!

It's public information. Call the city or county courthouse and request a copy. They'll charge a regular public parasite fee of about 12 bucks. So pay it and they will mail it, or you can pick it up. Call the county courthouse in Nevada.

Assuming she had one, you can ask her contemporaries, or her friends (even if they are much younger). Ask for her attorney, if she had one.

I am not sure why you want the will. If you want to claim her property, you can get a "quit claim" affadavit from all her known living relatives and the direct heirs of the deceased relatives, and go for Probate.
