how should i ask her out?

theres this girl she laughs at my jokes and stuff but then she is too shy to talk to me or walk with me in the hallway and so am i. she likes me and i liker her too but idk how or when it is right to ask her what should i do?

when you see her in the halways just sy hey can i talk to you for a minute? and then once she is away from her firends ask her.

Find out about what she likes to do. If she likes a certain movie genre ask her to one of those and she be swayed toward you.
Don't try to attract attention in the halls if your going to whimp out or she is because if people see you w/ someone and you aren't appearing friendly, they will assume you're a stalker.
Gain some confidence! Notes work really well if your trying to banish shyness. Write to her in the most boring class ever on a neutral topic, catch her eye, ya know? Once your on comfortable grounds, call her, get a good conversation going and when an inevitable silence comes arround, you know then's the time (or you could wait until just before the "goodbye" part)

I would know about this being somewhat shy and all that. Well, like everyone else said, a note or something is always a good start. You could tell her to meet you somewhere where her friends or your friends wouldn't be. Not like a date, but maybe just for a walk or to a park. If you don't feel comfortable asking her out, then you could always just talk to her and try and be friends. That way you get to know each other better, but there won't be any pressure for you to date just yet. Once you both feel like you are comfortable being friends or hanging out, then you could ask her out.
