Lately in dire need of a good long meditation...anyone have any music that you would recommend as soothing for such?

I've, lately been using Tuck Andress's guitar solos...but need something new.

Hello my friend,

Perhaps Chromaticus or YMU, Yoga Music Unlimited will serve your needs as they have for many others.

Both are available through Apple iTunes and many other online stores.

Best wishes,
~Marcus:)

I would try anything that does not draw you away from the purpose of meditation. I personally use white noise, or a recording of a rainstorm.
You might want to even try a long version of "Alleluia Chorus" with the volume turned down, or Buddhist chants.
