Your digestive system lacks the proper enzymes to break down the husk, which keeps it in tact until your body gets rid of it.

You all really made me lol today. The outside of corn is composed of cellulose which the body cannot digest. So, those kernals just went along for the ride because you didn't chew 'em up. Ya gotta chew those kernals to get to the inside which is then absorbed by the gut and by the way is full of good nutrition. Happy chewing and elimination to you.

You missed chewing some kernals and corn is difficult to digest. That's why it should not be given to children.

It is undigestable, so the body reprocesses it through the cornhole gland, which activates a minor rush of steriodial stagnasis, which in turn resolidifies the fructose and starch content of the kernal, therefore, reshaping it to resemble its orignal form, prior to exiting the body with other fecal waste matter.

A human's DNA is so close to a kernal of corn that our body doesn't let us totally process it before you crap it out!

because the skin to an individual piece of corn cannot be digested by humans and the inside can. So when you see corn on the log it is just the shell....happy pooping!
