I used to have a talking penguin, but mainly (and i had to learn icelandic) it just asked for fish, and moaned about how hot it was. Also it would harp on during documenteries, that richard attenborgh was talking sh1t,and didnt know what he was on about.
So the point is, dont be suckered in by the fact its simply a talking animal, get one thats also a lively conversationalist, and got something to say. A talking dog for instance would say, "im just off out to sniff a mates ar*se and poo on the pavement". Whats the point of that?

Giggle, there are talking critters in the Bible? Cool. All animals have communication abilities. It just takes a while to learn their language. I speak a little "Bird", am competent in "Cat", But my "Dog" is perfect after more than three decades of communicating.- and Big Rufus tells me I don't even have an accent. lol. I think he's just trying to flatter me - getting close to Christmas, y'know.
. Unfortunately there are no human teachers for "critter language" and you have to just get one, and then it's a matter of practise, practise, practise. It's very rewarding

If you say so. The ones I say drive cars, do some animal thing, then disappear. They generally travel in columns. Given such nasty specimens are around I wonder if the veracity of reports on fatal auto accidents should be called into question.

Only the parrots still speak. The ability to speak slowly evolved away from the other animals when they discovered people didn't have anything sensible to say back.

NO there arent any, dont believe everything you read.
The only one that talks is the parrot, and even then, they dont actually know what they are saying, they just repeat and mimic human words.
