well ummm... don't... ;)
that's just another 'fad diet'. yep you might lose weight, but it's usually just water weight. any other weight you lose usually will just come right back (if not even more) when you start eating regular food again.
if you are determined to try one of these diets, try one where you at least eat one regular meal a day. that's been my best luck in the 'roller coaster' of losing weight. the reason is because after losing the weight you want, you'll still need to know how to eat a balanced diet of regular food.
i finally tried using 'ultra slim fast' and exercised (started walking everywhere, everyday)... made a deal with my doc where i would only use the slim fast to lose the first half of the weight i needed to, then would lose the last half of the weight by following a sensible diet. it worked amazingly well!
what i realized at some point is that it wasn't so much 'what' i was eating, it was the amount. and once i got that under control, then the rest was much easier.
in the beginning i had like, NO will-power! so, for me, replacing two meals a day with the ultra slim fast was a lot easier than facing trying to figure out a sensible diet for the entire day AND sticking to it. however, once i got in the habit of only eating that one sensible meal a day and having the shakes for the other two, i started losing weight. THEN is when i got excited about it, and started getting serious about adding the exercise, which helped me to lose more weight. when that happened i was hooked! lol.. started learning about what really IS a total sensible diet and what really ARE the amounts i could eat without gaining weight.
the rest is history! I've lost the weight I needed to, and maintained my ideal weight for a couple of years now! ;)
but for me, to get the oooooomph to even try, i had to start with some help, i needed to see some results, before i even believed losing weight could happen. and the ultra slim fast gave me that opportunity. it was far easier only having to worry about that one sensible meal in the beginning, and just having those two shakes for the other meals. by the time i was ready to think about planning for 3 sensible meals a day, it wasn't so hard at all to do, and I was plenty motivated cuz I was halfway there in losing the weight I wanted and needed to.
by the way, i'm a coffee addict, and my fav flavor of ultra slim fast was the cappachino. (sp?).. there's many other flavors.

I love cabbage soup. Make sure you add a little turkey kielbasa for lean protein, and a little grain. Then it's a perfect food. I lost 62 pounds eating measured portions of breakfast cereal, a 6 inch sub for lunch, and cabbage soup with turkey kielbasa for dinner. I ate yoplait Whips Yogurts or a piece of fruit for a snack, drank green tea with no sugar, and didn't even start exercising until I'd lost 30 pounds. Even then it was just walking. In the first 2 weeks I lost 14 pounds, and then it slowed down a bit. It took me almost 6 months to lose all the weight. Just be strong, you'll se results as long as you can stand limiting your foods so much, and then don't go crazy with food-lust when you do reach our goal. I started at 190.

Put the cabbage down it's a waste of your time and money. I tried this and the only thing that happen was that I gained a serious hate for cabbage. I lost 40 pounds in 3 and a half months by replacing breakfast and lunch with a protein shake( not slimfast, the one's that you mix on your own with nonfat milk),I used the vanilla flavor and added fruit like bananas, strawberries, etc., eating 100-200 cal. snacks between meals, with a salad( use a vingerette, I love raspberry pecan) and 5 ounces of lean meat(turkey, skinles chicken,salmon,etc.). This really works for me because I don't feel hungry all the time. It works. Don't forget to exercise too.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.
I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".
The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

The best way to loose weight is to incorporate a fitness routine and proper nutrition into your daily life. No fad diet is going to give you lasting results. Get a gym membership and start eating small (approx. 300-400 calorie) meals 5 times a day. Cardio for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week and, a weight training session at least 3 times a week. You will notice results by the end of the first week. Plus you will be amazed at your energy level! It is hard to get started, but it is the best thing you can do for yourself.

I did this back in the 80's. It was called the Dolly Pardon diet. It upset my stomach and when I went back to eating, i gained the weight back. I don't recommend it. Try the low carb diet which limits sugar.

I understand the desire to lose weight fast, but fat cells don't disappear when you diet. They only shrink, so after you have lost the weight, they try to get you to gain weight again. Mean little devils.
In addition, diets will cost you muscle tissue as well as fat. Muscle tissue actually burns calories, so if you exercise regularly, you will build muscle tissue which will burn up more calories.
Please feed you muscle cells and lose your weight slowly. Remember to keep it off will require an entirely NEW way of eating or you will just go through this for nothing. good luck.
