Are you talking about using it like a sauna suit? If so I can tell you it can be dangerous. I tried it once when I was doing a 10 mile run and got very sick. I do not believe there is much scientific proof that you will lose weight, the weight you will lose is water from the sweat, which is easily replaced by drinking.

It does, you know why? Once, I wrapped my self in saran wrap, the pink colored kind. and when my boyfriend came home from work, he was way turned on. We made love for like hours on end, and that my friend burns a lot of calories!!!!!

do you wrap it around your head so you can't put food in your mouth? Because if you mean you want to wrap your body in it to sweat off weight you're crazy. It leads to organ failure and shutdown. It works through dehydration and is not a way to lose fat. You lose water you look more "cut" and weigh less. However, you perform poorly, suffer fatigue and headaches, and you can die. don't do it.
