I took a week off weight training and then I was ill for a week. I am starting back to traing tonight but cant get off my ***. Help would be app by any means. Thanks

Think about why you started training, decide if you still want the same thing...A*** into gear and off you go...;

you just gotta buckle down and do it for a couple days, week and a half max. after that, you will be back into your routine and things will be back to normal. and if that doesnt work (but it will) find a workout buddy. you dont want to have them show up for a workout and their workout buddy not be there, do you?

Get naked and stand in front of a full length mirror, it works for me.

google "obesity" and then look at all the fat people. That always gets me moving.
