I want to know how to make myself throw up without sticking my finger down my throat or using ipecac. is it possible? and if so how?
(Im not bulimic, im at a healthy weight and I eat right, this is not about weight loss.)

You can continually cough until you gag, but I don't recommend it.

Then why do you need to make yourself throw up? Someone who really isn't bulimic would never ask such a question. It would never occur to them.
