I had unprotected sex towards the end of August. My periods have always been irregular. I then had my period a week after having sex. A few days after my period ended we had unprotected sex again (i know i know, im stupid dont remind me we learned our lesson). I did recieve my next period but i was still worried so i took two tests both negative. I took another test about two weeks after that and was negative again. I then went on to recieve my next period. I have had some symtoms like tired a lot and headaches very often (could be from eye strain from squinting without my glasses). I also have felt dizzy sometimes and one time felt very nauseous all of a sudden (apparently a stomach flu?). I just nervous because im always hearing of all these people who have their periods throughout their pregnancies. I have had 3 periods since the first time. Sorry i rushed this question because im aggravated that the first time the question didnt go through. i need some advice please thanks so much.

To the first response.. I did think to take pregnancy tests if you could read correctly. I took 3, all which read negative. It was the ept version. Also, i hate needles and a blood test is out of the question.

First relax. There's a good chance that if you are still getting your period and you took several PT that came back negative, then your probably not pregnant. If you scared, I would recommend going to your OB or family doctor for a pregnancy test. If your under 18 and you don't want your parents to know, go to planned parenthood. They can do tests and make sure everything is ok. Also they offer free birth control pills and condoms. When I don't wear my glasses and strain to read, I normally get headaches.

I suggest you see a doctor...you may not be pregnant, but there may be an underlying hormone imbalance causing your irregular periods in the first place. Plus, a whole lot of sudden headaches and fatigue are disturbing signs...go get a checkup, and while there maybe the doctor can give you the pill so you won't be at risk of pregnancy from having unprotected sex. I am sure you don't need a lecture on diseases, so I'll spare you, but do go get yourself checked out! Good Luck!

Yes you could still be pregnant, but the chances of you being pregnant are very small. Its been a while since you had unprotected sex, and you took several test. If you still feel uncertain go to the Dr. and get a test done. But you should also know that even with a condomn you still run a very minimal risk of becoming pregnant.

Sound like you got the guilt's to me. But to be absolutely certain, If there is such a thing, go get tested by your doc. Maybe he/she will throw in an AIDS test to.... also just to be sure.
After that I'd suggest you look into those under the skin continuous working pregnancy preventatives and maybe a nice big box of condoms to keep by your bed. That way you'll be covered mostly for sure.
Course you could do what the way straight laced folks say you should do and just say "no". lol!

It sounds like you are not pregnant if the test keep telling you it is negative! You are getting to the point to were you are really paranoid, because you are taking a risk were you are going to get pregnant if you don't stop having sex without anything! You can also go to a Parenthood place and get a real pregnancy test from a doctor!

With the irregularity of your periods, I definitely would not rely on them. See a doctor and have the blood work done. Give yourself a definite answer, and buy some condomns while you are out.

Most likely ur not but, it wouldn't hurt to go to the doctor to make sure. Next time don't have unprotected sex and you won't have to be so worried!

It could be possible, so the best thing to do is to get a blood test done.

Did you have the brain power to consider a pregnancy test, or blood work from your doctor?
