I believe in the dreams ppl have just because our bodies are resting but our minds are still active and so things that occur in the day or things you might have in mind start to react in your dreams. But most of the times a dream can have many meanings. I would not quite say you will sleep with him but his dream sure did let him know he would not mind or his just giving you a hint.

not all dreams mean something. some dreams you may have could be pointless other dreams you may have could be real or true. you your case maybe that friend has some kind of an attraction to you or maybe it was just a random dream.

sometimes thay mean something you can read books onto find ut what dreams mean i would juat say that he likes you and hopes that you like him
