how can there be evil?
saying that evil is the absence of God doesn't explain anything since God is supposed to be so transcendant that there is no lack of God, He is everywhere. so we come to the conclusion that God is either not omnipresent or atleast partly evil.

Yes yes God is omnipresent, but you people keep forgetting one very important thing... he will not force you to do anything... this life is all about choice, You can choose to have God in your life or you can choose not to. That is how there can be a lack of Gods love in a person, he is everywhere and knows everything but he will not force anyone to do anything.

Good question. I have no answer. I think that He may be omnipresent but I do not believe that He gets involved with us here at all.

That does not answer your question, I know.

I do not believe there is a hell. Sin, hell and satan are man made words. As far as evil on earth, there is free will and dark souls. Of course, I am only saying what I believe.
