Loves you to help what? I am a bit confused by your question.
If he won't talk to you, do you mean my IM only? Does he talk to you in person? Do you only know him via Internet? If you only know him through the Internet only, then I would be VERY Leary and stay away.
If you have other IM friends, try IM'ing them. Maybe the guy is online but near the computer. If you see him, you can ask him why he isn't IM'ing you back. You can call him instead.
If it is only an online romance. I would find someone you can see and talk to in person who you really know is real.
