okay guys and girls i totally have a crush on this guy but i think he knows he is very quite and shy i'm not really shy but with him i get the little butterflies my friends tell me that he just keeps on staring at me when i pass right through him in the hall

I married my shy guy, I say proceed with caution. Try to find activities you both like; school clubs, the library, service projects or work. Someplace quiet and neutral. Than keep on meeting him there until you or he feel comfortable enough to talk. Other than that I would say take it slow, gentle, low-key. People who are shy and quiet are often that way because their nervous system reacts intensely to ordinary life.
Understand that if you are a "Party-Girl" and get bored easy, you might not be happy with your "quiet guy". But you might get lucky and find him to be the quiet steady shelter of your life
