You may be Hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) ... get to your doctor and have him do some blood work. It's easy to control, if that's your problem. Even if it's not, have yourself checked out ASAP ... something's not right.

If you have to eat every couple of hours before you feel this way again, I would go see a doctor. This could be diabetes. This sounds like your blood sugar dropping but it shouldn't be dropping this fast this often w/o and underlying condition causing it.

If it's really bad, like you notice low blood sugar affects you a lot more than friends and family, go to the doctor. Your body could be having problems regulating your insulin.

After years of just dealing with it I went to the doc and it ended up being hypoglycemia.
