No, in all states if there was a work related injury in a vehicle, most laws are very clear that the coverage priority goes to the worker's comp policy, which is where the claim would have to be filed.

You would NOT be allowed to make a claim on your auto policy if it was a work related injury....most auto policies have wording that specifically prohibits it.
