if they are not related, then there is no problem. I have a little cousin, her mom is my 1st cousin(my dad's side), and her dad is my unclemy mom's side), so my little cousin is my 1st cousin on my mom's side, and 2nd cousin on my dad's side...This isnt the first time this has happen, its when they are related that gets scary!!!

As long as they aren't biologically related it should be alright.
This isn't something that your family would approve of though, no matter whether they're of relation or not.
