I don't think so. I know that the Aztecs certainly didn't have any. Many peoples don't.
They will have had some hair on their faces like women and kids have but not the same kind as Caucasian or black adult males have.
It may be possible that some tribes had facial hair and some did not, just as some African tribes are pygmies but most are not.

Pure-bred native American males have little or no facial hair.
Most Caucasian females have more moustache growth than the average pure-bred native American male. It is considered medically quite normal for a Caucasian female in the US to shave at least her moustache once a week. A surprising number shave daily.

I don't ever recall seeing a native American with any facial fair. Films, TV, photos.... nothing.

They're distantly related to chinese/asian types from thousands of years ago, I believe. They have facial hair but very scarce and whispy. Why wouldn't they?
