Beans and cabbage are the most obvioius.

Sauerkraut is made from cabbage.

Onions and broccoli affect some people that way too, and if someone is allergic to a particular food that one type of food will make that one person pass a lot of gas.

But almost everyone ignores stuff like Coca-cola, Pepsi, gingerale, Sprite, root beer and so on. Even carbonated waters like Perrier and flavored seltzers.

Why? They are full of bubbles. Those bubbles will make you either burp or fart, and most people end up doing both.

Drink a lot of soda/pop, fart a lot.

I've been a major fart knocker for 51 years now! Let experience tell you fart machines out there what the best concoction is for producing some really long loud smelly farts! To really stir up the stink wind, first start off with a big bowl of beans! For me, navy and/or refried beans work best. Eat fast and don't chew em up completely. This helps with the overall amount as well as the smell. Next eat a bunch of delicious sweet watermelon as fast as you can. Eating fast helps because you will swollow more air and also helps because food that is not chewed up properly doesn't break down as well and this contributes to more gas. These 2 foods alone will give the Santa Anna trade winds a run for their money. But to make all this wind especially deadly, eat 4 to 6 hard boiled eggs and some steamed broccoli and cauliflower. I PROMISE you this combination of gas making grub will kill a cock roach! It's THAT lethal.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fruit and vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
