I need the best recipe there is for a NY cheesecake. I have to make one for my mothers birthday. THank you

This is an authentic New York cheesecake. The only thing that I do not like about it is that it is much more airy than I think they should be. I like my cheese cake a little more dense. I would recommend using this recipe but do not whip the eggs to soft peeks...just add the eggs and blend to the mixture.
