The absolute best thing you can do it run. Everyone has nice ab muscles, they are just all covered by a layer of fat. Doing crunches with firm up your abs, but you will still have fat over them. Crunches and ab specific workouts will not make you loose body fat. Running will firm up your abs and make you loose subceutaneous fat = 6 pack.

What's improper with take a seat ups?? An recreation that is remarkably well to your abs is boxing. Hooks in detailed, and uppercuts. Other than that, strap a few weights round your legs and do leg increases (lie for your again and transfer your legs slowly up and down with out resting, preserving the again at the flooring and your legs instantly). Also get a Swissball / Fitball for middle force. Do stuff like check out kneel and steadiness on it and many others. Remember the entire abs physical games on the earth might not be seen if hidden beneath a layer of fats so do not forget your aerobic.

I agree with Jason, run and burn off the fat and you will see them.

In addition, THE best i have found are sit-ups on an incline and pulleys (bicylce kicks)
