This is a riddle that I dont know the answer too can someone help

Dust, perhaps? It floats and dances in the sun - and the term "dust to dust", describing the beginning and end of life, is very common. Thus "your first" might possibly be a speck of dust, as that is what you first were (according to some). Hope this helps.

A speck of dust in a sunbeam. That's why you 'see' the beam is b/c of all the little dust specks being illuminated.
